Please Note: To process a return or exchange, customers must provide clear images and/or videos showing the condition of the Nutcrackers, including any defects or damages. Failure to provide the required visual evidence may result in the request being denied.
Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange only if it meets the following conditions:
In case you have received a different Nutcrackers. That means the Nutcrackers delivered to you does not match the Nutcrackers description as mentioned on the shopnkart.club website.
In case you received a defective Nutcrackers with either a manufacturing or quality concern.
Steps to Request “Return or Exchange” of Nutcrackers(s)
To exchange/return your shipment, please go to “My Orders” on the shopnkart.club website. Click on “Return/Exchange” button by selecting the order/Nutcrackers you want to return and state the reason for the return.
We will arrange for a pick-up from the same address within 5-7 working days to which the Nutcrackers was shipped. Please put the Nutcrackers in its original packaging and seal it well and send it across. Please ensure that the Nutcrackers is unused and not damaged and all the tags, barcodes, and invoice slips are intact at the time of return.
Once the Nutcrackers reaches our warehouse, we will inspect it. Once our inspection team confirms that the Nutcrackers received is in acceptable condition, as dispatched from our warehouse, we will process the return request on a case-by-case basis. The refund shall be made through the original payment mode, which will be processed within 7 business days.
If your purchase meets our exchange/return criteria as stated above, please email us at team@shopnkart.club within 7 days of delivery with the following information:
Order number
Delivery address
Specify the reason for the return. In case of a defective or incorrect Nutcrackers, please send us an image of the item at team@shopnkart.club
Unfortunately, we will not be able to consider any emails or images sent after 7 days of the delivery. If there is a genuine defect in the order, we would be happy to exchange your Nutcrackers with a replacement or a different Nutcrackers of the same value. If your return request meets our criteria, we can refund your order amount within 10-12 working days after the order is picked up from the given address.
By default, we will aim to exchange any Nutcrackers which is different from what was ordered or defective. Under certain circumstances, if we are unable to provide you with a replacement for your ordered Nutcrackers, then we will notify you. Henceforth, we will process your refund, a credit of the paid amount will reflect in the original mode of payment within 7-10 business days.
If you find that the package has been tampered with, please do not accept the item and hand the package back to the delivery person before signing the Proof of Delivery.
In case of an exchange, your new order will be sent within 5-7 working days after we receive your returned Nutcrackers. The exchange difference cost and shipping cost shall vary from case to case and will be notified to the customer via email.
All our Nutcrackers are made by experienced professionals, one piece at a time, making each piece unique. It implies that there may be a slight variation in the color, tone, shape, or size in the Nutcrackers range. We do not term or regard such slight variations as “defects” and, therefore, do not qualify for the return or replacement policy.
Given the nature of our Nutcrackers, we reserve the sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit. Every return or exchange request will be treated as an individual case. We will not offer refunds if we have received an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency or the recipient refuses the package.
